This morning began with a really, really, long walk while Conchin cleaned our apartment, and while everyone else was away. I came back to take a nap, because I woke up every half an hour the night before, but my roommate got back about 20 minutes after I laid down. This means that she had to open her can of pop, crinkle her bag of chips to open them, eat the chips, etc., etc., on her bed, because we don't have a kitchen for her to eat in...ugh. I took that as a sign that I should be out doing something, so I went food shopping (for Nocilla, a Nutella off-brand but 10x better, sour gummy worms and cookies).
I came back to look over math some more and then Emily and I headed for the Berklee Concerts at the City of Arts and Sciences. We left once it started to get chilly and headed for crepes. Then I called it a night around midnight, because I never got a nap in...
*Everyone else is in Ibiza, Amsterdam, or Porto, but I decided I should just stay here this weekend, especially with my exams starting Monday. This is why our apartment is so quiet and empty, it's super weird.
I have also started rationing my items now that we're getting ready to head out. For example, I have enough underwear to where I wouldn't have to do laundry, but I have enough laundry detergent to do one or two more loads if necessary. My shampoo and conditioner are also at a low, but I have enough shampoo between my own and hotels that we've stayed in to last me, but not enough conditioner. I've started doing an every other day is a conditioner day and I really hope that gets me home. It's rough, I'll tell ya.
